After the King of Okuwa said he should be banished from the town, Tomy trekked with hunger for two days in the bush.

It was then that he remembered to pray to God who created him for mercy and guidance. As a result, he branched under a mango tree and sat down. He plucked some mangoes and ate, prayed, and slept off out of tiredness.

As he slept, God opened his eyes to a vision. He saw a man give him a gift in the dream. When he opened his eyes, he saw an elderly man with a beard in a white dress. The man introduced himself as God sent.

He told Tomy that God has answered his prayers. The man also said further that henceforth, he is now empowered to carry out miracles. Then the man disappeared into the air immediately after giving him a multi-purpose white handkerchief.

Then Tomy continued his aimless journey to an unknown destination, according to the order of the King of his town who banished him from his town.
