Day by day, the bunch of broom reduces and diminishes — yet its owner does not understand that nature is preaching a clear proverb to him: that his own days are also reducing day by day.

Morning breaks, night falls, and no one realizes that our days are being counted. The clock ticks, and so also our days tick away.

We wake up to bright daylight and fail to realize that this day has been subtracted from our remaining days on earth.

Even at burial grounds, instead of being remorseful, counting our days and thinking of how to please God, we only increase our desire for worldly things.

This world is temporary. Let us prepare for the glorious home and start to live righteously now. Tomorrow may be too late. Death is always around us. May God help us.
